“ Went here with a group of friends on a Friday evening. It was slammed, so service was a bit slow understandably. We sat out on the heated patio and had a great time. The drinks were strong and the food was very tasty! I had the peanut broccoli bowl and had my slightly drunken socks knocked off! Also nabbed a few bites of the Obie's bowl my buddy had and it was SO good as well. Very nice ambience, drinks, and food choices. Would definitely visit again!! ”
“ Excellent place to go get good, drinks and hangout. I really liked their tempeh side. The food was very reasonably priced and was filling. The place had a very good ambience with options to sit both outdoors and indoors. The staff was very knowledgeable about both the drink and food menu. ”
“ Great bar in Alberta with a vegan menu! I’m used to only having a few vegan food options on a menu, so I was overwhelmed a bit by how many great choices Bye and Bye had. Ordered a few different things for our table and the favorite was definitely the buffalo soy curl wrap. Great selection of NA drinks as well. We visited on a trivia night and had a really awesome time. Can’t wait to be back! ”
“ Came here for a drink with my friend and we had a pleasant experience! Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We didn't try the food but the food that we did see at other tables looked delicious! Lots of vegan options! Friendly staff, great options for drinks. Out back they have outdoor seating and food carts and they're dog friendly! ”
“ Great Portland staple - love that the vegan menu has been the same forever and you can always go get what you’re craving. Highly recommend any of the bowls! Fantastic tap selection and well curated cocktails - the Bye and Bye cocktail is not and has never been a joke! Delicious and a little dangerous. Mocktails are also on point and refreshing AF. Service is always great - order at the bar and seat yourself - you’re in good hands. ”
“ The Bye and Bye is an all time Portland classic. Wonderful staff, great atmosphere, all vegan food (I’m practically a dinosaur with how much meat I eat) that you’ll look forward to eating again, and great drinks. I’m pretty much just a beer drinker at this point but I still order cocktails at the Bye and Bye and LuLu. The Bye and Bye’s namesake drink is such a great summertime drink. Or winter. Whatever your mood it’ll lift your spirits. They have a good beer selection as well. You’ll enjoy whatever you order. Their food is amazing. I love anything with the meatballs here. If all vegan food was this good people would have no problem converting. Lovely place to hang out and lose yourself in the moment. ”
“ Giving this place a 5 star rating based on the ambiance, drinks and service. Very cool vibe and good choice of drinks. Didn't have any food, so can't comment on that. But my friend who ordered food really liked it. Street parking can be a little tough depending on the time of the day. They have a very cool outdoor seating area that should be fun during summers. ”
“ Was looking for a chill place to do some work and stumbled into Bye & Bye. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. I ordered the Frito Pie and a Hefe and both were memorable. (The Hefe on tap was the best I've ever had - wish I'd written down the name). I am not vegan, but I see myself returning here to try other dishes based on how tasty and filling the Frito Pie was. ”
